Right on schedule for summer, cross-over reggae artist Popcaan has returned to us with some new vibes for the season. During today's Beats 1 Radio premiere, Popcaan first debuted "Wine For Me," a danceable track dedicated to Jamacia's favorite dance move. Now, he's come through with "Firm and Strong," a track devoted to struggle and perseverance.

Faced with hardships, Popcaan turns to God, or "Jah" as it were, to help him maintain his strength. Adding to the gravitas of the song is a 20-person choir, which gives the track angelic, gospel-like vibes. The messaging his similar to one of his older tracks, "Hold On," but the vibe is completely different.

Billions fi notnice, Billions fi dre skull,
Ghetto youths fi make it and no be grateful,
Big house on the hill, you know a button gate pull
Pretty gyal a gimme wings like Redbull
